Menna Hill
Chiropractor and Sports Massage
As a chiropractor with a background in competitive sport, I’m passionate about helping people move and feel their best—whether they’re high-performance athletes or simply looking to live a more comfortable, active life.
I studied at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic, driven by a long-standing interest in the body, performance, and natural recovery. Growing up, I competed in athletics (800m), surf life saving, and rowing, which gave me first-hand experience of how important injury prevention and recovery are—not just for sport, but for everyday life.
Chiropractic appealed to me because it offers a hands-on approach to managing pain and improving function, without reliance on medication. I enjoy working with people of all activity levels—whether you’re dealing with a sports injury, work-related tension, or general aches and pains.
My goal is always to help my patients understand their bodies better, recover with confidence, and get back to doing what they love—whatever that looks like for them
