Dafydd Price
Chiropractor and Sports Massage
Dafydd is a chiropractor with a strong background in sport and a real interest in helping people move better and feel more comfortable in their bodies. Whether someone is competing, staying active, or simply looking to get through everyday life with less pain and restriction, my goal is to help them get back to doing the things they enjoy.
He studied at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic after developing a strong interest in the body and recovery through his own sporting experiences. Growing up, he competed in swimming at a national level, particularly in longer distance and open water events. Being involved in sport from a young age gave him a real appreciation for how important it is to look after your body—not just for performance, but for long-term health and day-to-day wellbeing.
Dafydd’s path into chiropractic was shaped by an injury that temporarily took him out of swimming. Experiencing chiropractic care during that time sparked his interest in the profession and the hands-on approach it offers for helping people recover from injury, improve movement, and return to the activities that matter to them.
Although swimming now takes more of a back seat, staying active is still a big part of his life. He spends time training in the gym, he has developed a strong interest in golf, and has previously worked as a paddleboard and kayaking instructor.
While his sporting background helps him understand the physical demands that activity can place on the body, he works with people from all walks of life. Whether you’re dealing with a sports injury, aches from work or daily life, or simply looking to keep your body moving well, his aim is to help you understand your body better and stay active and comfortable long term.
